This role is ideal for an experienced Care Coordinator, Community Care Lead, Senior Care Coordinator or Complex Care Supervisor looking for greater responsibility and the opportunity to develop their career within a specialist healthcare provider.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll provide leadership to care teams both in the field and remotely, while overseeing client packages and ensuring care is delivered in line with agreed standards, policies and individual needs. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own workload while working closely with scheduling, recruitment, compliance and clinical colleagues to ensure packages are safely and effectively staffed.
Package & Benefits
• Salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
• As a Field Care Supervisor, oversee and support community care packages, including client visits, non-clinical assessments, care planning and regular engagement with clients and families.
• Lead and support care teams through staff supervisions, spot checks, appraisals, staff meetings and ongoing performance management.
• Coordinate rota and workforce planning alongside scheduling, recruitment and compliance teams, ensuring packages have the appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
• Attend MDT meetings, provide regular client feedback and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, clients and families to maintain high standards of care.
• Support staff selection, introductions and package mobilisation while ensuring service users remain at the heart of care delivery.
About You
• Previous experience within care coordination, community care, domiciliary care or complex care.
• A minimum of one year's care coordination experience, with previous experience in a similar supervisory environment.
• Strong knowledge of rota planning, workforce coordination and maintaining appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
• Confident supervising and supporting care staff while building strong relationships with clients, families and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Able to manage your own workload, work autonomously and travel across the North Midlands as required.
