My client is a privately owned supplier of Vehicle CCTV technology systems who specialist within the bus & Coach industry and are looking to appoint an experienced Field Engineer as they continue to grow from strength to strength.

This Field Engineer role is essential to maintaining high-quality service delivery, team performance, and field installation standards across client sites. You'll serve as the key point of contact for the mobile engineering team, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and effective communication between departments.

Field Engineer package and requirements:

• Salary £40,000 + Overtime + Vehicle and fuel card
• Private healthcare
• Shifts – 4 days on, 4 days off (night shifts)
• Technical understanding of CCTV, telematics, or automotive electrical systems.
• Proven ability to handle reactive situations and shift planning with flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
