The Role

As a Field Manager, you will be at the heart of our daily operations. Working in the field, you will lead and organise our self-employed Installation teams, inspect completed works and help ensure every installation meets Anglian's quality standards.

You will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience, supporting installers to perform at their best while ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales. Every day brings a different challenge, making this a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
  • Monitor 6-7 self-employed installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
  • Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.
  • Handle customer installation queries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that installations are completed in line with H&S standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
  • Good on-site presence and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to customers.
  • Previous experience of managing self-employed trades plus a strong understanding of H&S practice in the workplace.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's licence to travel as required within the region.
