The company continues to invest in innovative products and emerging technologies, including advanced control systems, telematics, machinery tracking and data-led solutions. Info about what the Field Sales Engineer role entails

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a large and varied sales territory covering the Midlands and South of England. Working from home and out in the field, you will become the company’s key point of contact for customers across the region, with the freedom to plan your own diary and develop the territory effectively.

The role offers a balanced mix of account management and new business development. You will build relationships with machinery manufacturers, system integrators, resellers and end users, spending time on-site to understand their equipment, challenges and future projects. Using a consultative approach, you will identify suitable solutions, deliver practical product demonstrations and help customers improve the safe and efficient control of their machinery.

Rather than relying on high-volume cold calling, you will focus on developing meaningful opportunities through existing relationships, incoming enquiries, exhibition leads and targeted prospecting. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries and applications, ensuring that no two customer conversations are quite the same.

With the support of an experienced UK sales and technical team, you will receive comprehensive product training and practical field-based mentoring. You will also represent the business at trade shows and exhibitions, gather valuable market insight and play an important part in increasing the company’s presence across the region.
