Field Sales Representative

The Opportunity

Prompt Pay Capital is growing, and we're looking for high-energy, ambitious people to join our expanding Field Sales team.

This is a genuine opportunity to build your own territory, develop relationships with local businesses and earn uncapped commission based on your results.

We're interested in people with previous door-to-door or field sales experience, but we're equally happy to speak to candidates who are new to sales and have the attitude, confidence and determination to succeed.

OTE is £40,000–£50,000+, with uncapped commission for high performers.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of your own territory and be responsible for generating new business.

Your day-to-day role will include:

• Visiting businesses within your territory and introducing Prompt Pay Capital
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Identifying businesses that could benefit from improved payment solutions
• Generating new leads, appointments and sales
• Building strong relationships with local businesses
• Managing your own pipeline and activity
• Following up opportunities and taking prospects through the sales process
• Working alongside our wider sales team and receiving ongoing support
• Developing your territory and becoming the go-to payments specialist in your area

You won't simply be handed a list of numbers to call. You'll have the freedom and responsibility to build your own patch.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have years of sales experience.

We're particularly interested in:

• Door-to-door salespeople looking for a bigger earning opportunity
• Existing field sales or business development professionals
• Junior salespeople looking to accelerate their career
• Recent graduates with a competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Candidates from recruitment, telecoms, retail, hospitality, fundraising or other customer-facing environments
• People with no previous sales experience who are confident, resilient and hungry to succeed

Experience is useful, but attitude is more important.

You'll need to be:

Uncapped Earnings & Your Own Territory

One of the biggest attractions of this role is the opportunity to build your own territory and earnings at the same time.

The better you become at identifying opportunities, building relationships and closing business, the more you can earn.

There is no ceiling on commission.

You'll have the freedom to plan your own activity, identify businesses within your territory and develop your own pipeline, while having the backing of an established payments business.

For someone who is prepared to work hard and consistently generate new business, the earning potential can go well beyond the advertised OTE.

Training & Progression

You don't need to be a payments expert when you join us.

We'll provide training covering our products, payment technology, prospecting, objection handling and sales techniques, as well as ongoing support from the wider team.

We're also growing the business rapidly, meaning there is genuine opportunity to progress as we grow.

High performers will have the opportunity to move into senior sales, account management, team leadership and other commercial positions within Prompt Pay Capital.

Important Information

This is a commission-only position, with an advertised OTE of £40,000–£50,000+ and uncapped earning potential.

It is therefore best suited to ambitious individuals who are motivated by performance and want the opportunity to directly influence their earnings.
