As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide preventative and reactive maintenance support on automated handling systems, conveyors, sortation equipment and associated machinery across customer sites. You will diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults, carry out planned maintenance activities, support installations and commissioning projects, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Field Service Engineers Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair automated handling systems, conveyors, sorters and associated equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across automation systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
- Support installations and commissioning projects when required.
- Complete service documentation and maintenance records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company quality standards.
Our Field Service Engineer will have:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of AC/DC controls, motors, sensors and PLC fault finding.
- Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience within automation, materials handling, manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Able to pass DBS and UK Security Clearance checks.
