Field Service Manager
£45,000-£55,000 + Monday-Friday + Office-Based + Autonomy
Bracknell (Commutable from Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Farnborough, Woking, Ashford & surrounding areas)

In this role, you will manage a team of mobile engineers, overseeing scheduling, performance and day-to-day support. You will play a key role in developing your engineers, maintaining service standards and improving how the team operates.
This role would suit a manager or supervisor with experience leading mobile engineers who is looking for greater responsibility within a market-leading business.
The Role:
Lead and support a team of mobile engineers.
Manage scheduling, workloads, absence and resource planning.
Conduct one-to-ones, develop team performance and maintain safety and compliance standards.
Office-based, Monday-Friday, days-based role: 38 hours per week.
The Person:
Experience managing or supervising field/mobile engineers.
Level 3 or higher engineering qualification.
Strong organisation, communication and people management skills.
