Job Description:
IMH Recruitment are looking for a reliable Administration Assistant to work on behalf of our client based in Leeds.
This role is within Adult Health and Social Care division of Leeds City Council. You would be working for Assisted Living Leeds supporting the administration with order processing and scheduling of equipment required to aid independent living within the community.
The role is worked on a shift pattern over 3 weeks: 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm - no weekend working required.
Please be aware that the service is due to move location from September 2026 to LS10 1RW
Qualifications:
Evidence of numerical and literacy skills e.g. GCSE pass at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent (this may include relevant work experience)

Experience Required:
- Experience of working in and providing excellent customer service
- Experience of working with a wide range of performance targets and customer standards.
- Experience of working with successful partnership organisations.
- Experience of producing and disseminating information.
- Accurate and methodical approach to work.
- Experience of working with finance systems and order processing
