The Role
You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business, combining financial administration with wider business support responsibilities.
This is a varied position where you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping to maintain accurate financial records, process payments, prepare reports and ensure administrative processes run smoothly. Alongside this, you'll contribute to operational activities, helping the business continue to deliver an excellent service to its members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices, payments and financial transactions accurately.
- Maintaining financial records, databases and business documentation.
- Supporting the preparation of management reports and financial information.
- Providing administrative support across the wider business.
- Producing spreadsheets, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Responding professionally to internal and external enquiries.
- Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Supporting continuous improvement and assisting with ad-hoc projects as the business evolves.

Requirements
We're looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within a finance, business support or administrative role.
- A good understanding of financial administration and accounting processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- The confidence to work independently whilst contributing as part of a collaborative team.
- A professional and customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, embrace new challenges and develop your career within financial services.
