Finance Assistant

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Managing high-volume reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions, and contributing to the integrity of financial records
• Processing and verifying customer invoices, collaborating with internal teams to streamline billing and remittance procedures
• Monitoring and resolving debtor account queries promptly while maintaining professional relationships with customers

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Experience in high-volume transactional finance or bookkeeping, ideally with exposure to retail or ecommerce activities
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, with formal qualification such as AAT Level 2 or 3 preferred
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a team-oriented attitude that values collaboration
