Finance Assistant / Trainee Management Accountant

Location: Redditch
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Recruitable Staffing are urgently recruiting a Finance Assistant / Trainee Management Accountant for our client in Redditch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for a long-term, temp-to-perm position.

The Role

  • Accounts payable duties
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end and management accounts
  • Producing reports and maintaining financial records
  • Supporting the wider finance team

Essential Requirements

  • Previous finance or accounts experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong accounts payable knowledge
  • Competent Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work fully office-based in Redditch
