This is more than a reporting role. You will work alongside operational leaders, turning financial data into meaningful insight that drives growth, improves performance and supports strategic decisions across a specialist operational division.

• Partnering with operational leaders to provide proactive financial support and commercial insight.
• Translating complex financial information into clear, practical recommendations.
• Producing meaningful analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Developing financial models to assess investment opportunities, pricing strategies and business cases.
• Challenging performance through robust analysis of costs, revenue and profitability.
• Supporting strategic projects with scenario modelling and commercial evaluations.
• Working closely with colleagues across finance to deliver accurate reporting and consistent financial governance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, systems and financial processes.
• Contributing to month-end reporting and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
