Finance Business Partner

RECfinancial is exclusively recruiting for a Finance Business to join a large business in Leicestershire.

The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, This exciting Finance Business Partner role is newly created due to business growth. The role focuses on post month end activities and supporting the business with financially biased decisions through robust and thorough financial analysis.

Day to day responsibilities will include budgeting / forecasting, post month end analysis and reporting, working with non-finance managers to drive financial performance, business modeling, and supporting the business with any financial analysis requests.

The role would suit a candidate who is looking to move away from a traditional month end role into one that is analysis and business partnering focused. 

The role will be visible across the business and will support non finance managers, it would suit someone who is comfortable working with colleagues from all levels of business.

The ideal candidate for this role will be qualified or in the late stages of qualification in the CIMA or ACCA qualification. Your experience will most likely come from having a management accounting background, already having some exposure to analysis / business partnering.

Due to businesses growth plans, there will be the potential for the role to grow over a 12 to 18 month period.

The role has a salary range of between £47,000 and £52,000 plus a generous benefits package that includes a bonus.
