Finance Controller in Norwich, Norfolk

We are looking for a temporary/interim commercially minded Finance Manager/Controller  to take ownership of a broad finance function, combining financial control, reporting and business partnering within a dynamic operational business.

• Lead the production of monthly management accounts, financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and medium-term business planning.
• Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insight, challenge performance and support decision-making.
• Support investment decisions through business cases and capital expenditure analysis.
• Manage year-end accounts, statutory reporting and external audit.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance and accurate financial records.
• Oversee transactional finance, credit control and payroll.
• Lead, support and develop the wider finance team.

You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills and a commercially focused approach. You will bring experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial control, alongside the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
