Finance Manager / Financial Controller

My client is a rapidly expanding £7m turnover business and they are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to lead and manage the organisation's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, working capital management, regulatory compliance, and the provision of financial guidance to support strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on, highly varied role managing a small finance team and dealing with the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial reports including a fully reconciled balance sheet.  You will also be responsible for financial analysis and MI as well as working closely with the business to improve the ERP system and embed automation/AI-driven processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate manual duplication.
