Finance Manager – Wallingford - £65,000 – £80,000

A growing construction business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take them to the next level and help strengthen their Finance department.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overall Finance department ownership, bookkeeping, ledgers, monthly and annual reporting
  • Cashflow forecasting, working capital and liquidity
  • Budget control
  • Cost reduction activities
  • Management account preparation
  • Analysis of financial records
  • Board level advice and guidance
  • System implementation to streamline processes

The ideal Finance Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with examples of business growth and improvement
  • Professional accounting qualification
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing
  • A forward thinking approach
  • The ability to bring and implement ideas
