A growing construction business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take them to the next level and help strengthen their Finance department.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Overall Finance department ownership, bookkeeping, ledgers, monthly and annual reporting
- Cashflow forecasting, working capital and liquidity
- Budget control
- Cost reduction activities
- Management account preparation
- Analysis of financial records
- Board level advice and guidance
- System implementation to streamline processes
The ideal Finance Manager will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role with examples of business growth and improvement
- Professional accounting qualification
- Experience in construction or manufacturing
- A forward thinking approach
- The ability to bring and implement ideas
