Finance Manager

An established and highly respected organisation operating within a regulated industry is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team on a part-time, office-based basis.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and provide accurate and timely financial information to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day finance and accounting function
• Maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Invoicing, payments and credit control
• Preparing financial and management information
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
• Liaising with external accountants and advisers
• Maintaining strong financial controls and compliance
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

About You

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with:

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager or similar role
• Strong accounting and financial management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
• High levels of integrity and discretion
• An understanding of governance, compliance and financial controls
