We are delighted to be working alongside our small, growing and very reputable financial services client (on a sole agency basis) as they seek to expand their team at their Haywards Heath office.

Financial Services Administrator

Haywards Heath with parking available nearby. Office is a short walk from the station area.

Full time permanent role - Monday - Friday 0900-1700. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week. A 1/4 ratio could also be considered.

Salary £28000 - £32000 plus very good all round company benefits, 25 days holidays plus all UK bank holidays. Salary could be slightly higher for a candidate with very relevant financial services experience

The role is ideal for someone with previous experience within the financial services sector, pensions, insurance, IFA, wealth management or similar.

My client is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to provide vital support to their adviser team, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services administration who is looking to develop their career within a professional and collaborative environment.

Duties will include:

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and clients throughout the advice process - your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing new business applications
  • Managing client administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with providers, clients and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing documentation and paperwork for advisers
  • Monitoring applications through to completion
  • Providing general administrative support to the adviser team
  • Ensuring client files remain compliant and up to date

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

  • Previous experience within financial services administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service
