About the Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and mortgage consultants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Support: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Administrative Tasks: Preparing and processing documentation for IFA and mortgage cases, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Liaison: Communicating with lenders, providers, and clients to facilitate the timely progression of applications.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment. Key requirements include:
- Experience in Financial Services Administration: Preferably within an IFA or mortgage advisory setting.
- Knowledge of Financial Products: A solid understanding of pensions, investments, and mortgages.
