🚨 Finishing Manager / Site Manager - West London

We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager / Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a complex, high-profile commercial cut & carve project, incorporating significant structural works and elements of a listed building.

The ideal candidate will be finishing/internal focused, with strong experience managing internal works, multiple trades, quality and programme. You'll also need to be comfortable working alongside steelwork, structural alterations, temporary works and cut & carve activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage internal works, finishes and subcontractors

  • Drive quality, programme and site delivery

  • Coordinate internal works alongside structural/enabling packages

  • Manage interfaces between existing and new structures

  • Work closely with the PM, design team, engineers and subcontractors

  • Maintain strong H&S, quality and handover standards

The ideal candidate:

  • Tier 1 main contractor background

  • Finishing / Site Management experience on commercial projects

  • Strong CAT A / CAT B, refurbishment or fit-out experience

  • Comfortable with structural works, steel and cut & carve

  • Listed/heritage building experience advantageous

  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
