Project Manager - Fire and Security - Scotland Central - £55k-£60k + Excellent Benefits

Role:

• Lovely and Technically competent Team: Want a good PM to join and help with Project management, support clients and lead progress to complete quality Security Systems and Fire Detection/ Life Safety installations
• Project Delivery & Lifecycle: Manage multi-discipline installations (such as fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems) to ensure on-time delivery from design and resource coordination to final commissioning.
• Compliance & Safety Standards: Enforce strict adherence to regulatory codes and health and safety requirements, including BS 5839 for fire alarms and site-specific risk assessments/RAMS.
• Commercial & Stakeholder Management: Control project budgets, track labor costs, manage subcontractor resources, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and main contractors.
• Previous experience of managing Projects, in security and fire alarm is essential
• Quality Clean projects such as Datacentres, commercial government buildings, hospitals etc.

Requirements:

• Fire alarm, and CCTV, and access control experience
• Managed Larger projects and not just small works
• Commutable or based in central belt Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh or between ideally)
