Fire Door / Fire Stopping Site Manager

Coventry | Freelance | Immediate Start | £250-£260 per day

I'm recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of fire stopping works across social housing properties throughout Coventry.

This is an immediate start with ongoing work for the right candidate, managing multiple live projects focused on fire safety compliance.

• Managing fire stopping contracts across occupied social housing.
• Overseeing fire door installations and remedial works.
• Managing compartmentation works to ensure compliance.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programmes are delivered on time.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality across multiple sites.
• Liaising with clients, residents and the wider project team.

• Previous experience managing fire stopping projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire doors and compartmentation.
• Experience working within social housing or occupied properties is desirable.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• Able to start immediately.

• £250-£260 per day
