  • You will be confident managing contractors, interpreting legislation and communicating technical information to a range of audiences.
  • Significant experience working within fire safety compliance, including FRA auditing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, regulations, guidance and industry standards.
  • Previous experience delivering fire safety projects, programmes and contracts.
  • An understanding of broader landlord compliance requirements within a housing or property environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and analytical abilities.
  • A methodical approach with strong attention to detail and a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes.
  • The ability to identify issues, assess risk and develop practical solutions.
Qualifications & Professional Experience:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Building Services or a related discipline.
  • Level 4 Fire Safety qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification.
