As the Fire Safety Inspector, you will be:
- Carrying out inspections across social housing properties.
- Completing fire door inspections and identifying defects.
- Inspecting cavity barriers, façade, alarms and dampers.
- Inspecting passive fire protection measures and identifying compliance issues.
- Liaising with external contractors and fire safety specialists to coordinate response works.
- Working closely with housing, property and compliance teams to maintain resident safety.
- Collecting data and processing careful weekly reports
Fire Safety Inspector Experience:
- Previous social housing or residential property experience.
- Conducting inspections
- Strong understanding of fire safety compliance and resident safety.
- Ability to produce technical reports
As the Fire Safety Inspector, you will receive:
- £350 per day
