Project Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

We’re looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with solid fit-out experience who can take commercial ownership of a project from start to finish.

You’ll be comfortable running your own job: getting involved at the outset, managing procurement and costs through delivery, and closing out the final account. This is a role for someone who can make decisions, keep a firm grip on the numbers and work closely with the site team.

What you’ll do

• Take commercial responsibility for a fit-out project from initial handover to final account.

• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.

• Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts.

• Manage variations, payments and commercial risk.

• Work with the project team and client to resolve issues as they arise.

• Negotiate and agree subcontract and client final accounts.
