⚡ FITTER - SUBSTATION PROJECT/Aberdeenshire

We are looking for experienced Fitters to join our team on a substation project at Red moss. The successful candidates will be involved in a range of earthing installation works supporting critical power infrastructure upgrades.

📍 Location: Red Moss, Aberdeenshire, Scotland
👷‍♂️ Role: Fitter
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Hours: 10 Hours Per Day
💰 Rate: CIS

Key Responsibilities
✅ Below-ground earthing installation works.
✅ Running out, cutting and installing copper earthing tape.
✅ Installing cleats and securing earthing systems.
✅ Brazing copper tape connections.
✅ Testing completed earthing installations.
✅ Earthing works in GIS halls and cable trenches.
✅ Installation of earth spurs to associated metal structures.
✅ Earthing works within Battery, LVAC, Relay, Telecom, Permit and Welfare rooms.
✅ Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

Essential Requirements
✅ Proven fitting experience within substations or industrial environments.
✅ Previous earthing installation experience.
✅ Valid Shea Power Card
✅ Manual Handling Certificate.
✅ Ability to interpret drawings and work to specifications.
✅ Strong health and safety awareness.
