Fleet Compliance Administrator

We're looking for a Fleet Compliance Administrator to support a busy transport operation, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, roadworthy and operational through effective administration and maintenance coordination.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs, inspections and repairs.
- Maintain fleet compliance records and documentation.
- Update fleet management systems and produce reports.
- Liaise with drivers, workshops and suppliers.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
- Support audits and monitor maintenance schedules.
- Provide general administrative support to the fleet team.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience within fleet, transport, logistics or a similar environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fleet compliance or vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
