Fleet Compliance Administrator

Permanent | Office Based

We're looking for a Fleet Compliance Administrator to support a busy transport operation, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, roadworthy and operational through effective administration and maintenance coordination.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs, inspections and repairs.
  • Maintain fleet compliance records and documentation.
  • Update fleet management systems and produce reports.
  • Liaise with drivers, workshops and suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Support audits and monitor maintenance schedules.
  • Provide general administrative support to the fleet team.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration experience within fleet, transport, logistics or a similar environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet compliance or vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
