We are representing our client, a reputable multi-franchise car dealership based in Treforest, in the recruitment of a Fleet Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced B2B automotive sales professionals seeking a rewarding career as a Fleet Sales Executive with a leading industry brand.

Duties of a Fleet Sales Executive:
  • Prospecting for new corporate vehicle sales opportunities and developing the client base
  • Achieving predefined vehicle sales targets through proactive business development
  • Contributing to customer retention initiatives
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all vehicles and services offered by our client
  • Preparing accurate reports on sales activities, including prospecting, follow-ups, and new client engagement
  • Ensuring all sales and finance documentation are completed correctly and efficiently
  • Managing outstanding payments within specified timeframes as a Fleet Sales Executive
  • Presenting and selling financial and insurance products using an FCA-compliant approach
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements of a Fleet Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience in fleet or B2B corporate vehicle sales within the automotive sector
  • Previous experience in car sales without B2B background will not be considered
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Well-presented, proactive, self-motivated, and tenacious approach to sales
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets
