We work with a wide range of primary schools across Coventry and regularly support teachers looking for everything from occasional supply work to longer-term teaching positions. Your new role

Many teachers choose supply work because it offers flexibility while still providing the opportunity to work in the classroom and make a difference. Others use supply teaching as a route into longer-term roles once they've found the right school.

We are keen to speak with teachers interested in:

• Day-to-day supply teaching
• Part-time teaching opportunities
• Long-term placements
• Maternity cover roles
• Job-share positions
• Fixed-term contracts

Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with schools throughout Coventry.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional and positive approach
