Aspire People are expanding their team of supply teachers across Loughborough.
Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for a little more freedom in your working week?
We are currently looking for QTS-qualified teachers with experience working with children to support primary schools across Loughborough on a day-to-day basis.
The beauty of supply is that you are in control. You can work regularly throughout the week or simply pick up days when you are available. There is no expectation to commit to a full-time or long-term position.
The Opportunities
We are recruiting teachers across KS1 and KS2, with assignments ranging from individual days to regular supply work.
You will be expected to:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons
Follow existing lesson plans and school expectations
Maintain positive classroom behaviour
Support pupils with their learning and development
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom environments
Provide a consistent and professional teaching approach
What You'll Need
QTS is essential
Previous experience working with children
Primary teaching experience
Confidence managing a classroom independently
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
Reliability and professionalism
