We are currently recruiting FLT Counterbalance Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established environment offering full-time hours and regular overtime opportunities.
The Role as an FLT Counterbalance Operative, your duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard areas
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
- Accurately storing and retrieving stock
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence
- Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Flexibility to support operational requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- 06:00 - 14:00 or 08:00 - 16:00
- Monday to Friday
- Flexibility is required as occasional Saturday working may be required
- 14:00 - 22:00
- Monday to Friday
- AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00): £15.23 per hour
- PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £15.63 per hour
- Overtime: £22.85 per hour
