Location: Croydon
Salary: £26.16 per hour
Contract: Fixed Term for 3 months
About the Opportunity
Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established healthcare organisation seeking an experienced FOI Project Manager to lead a critical Freedom of Information remediation and improvement programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled project professional to drive business change, strengthen governance, improve information management processes and deliver measurable organisational benefits within a complex and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the FOI remediation and improvement programme.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and governance frameworks.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
- Produce reports, business cases and project documentation.
- Engage senior stakeholders and gain support for project objectives.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
- Monitor benefits realisation and support continuous improvement.
- Apply recognised project management methodologies including PRINCE2 and Agile.
- Support service transition activities and successful project closure.
What We're Looking For
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile qualification or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience managing complex projects within large organisations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience of risk, governance, quality and budget management.
- Ability to communicate complex information to senior audiences.
- Excellent planning, organisational and leadership capabilities.
- Experience within healthcare, public sector or regulated environments would be advantageous.
