Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: £13.01 - 14.14 per hour
Shifts:

Day shift: 06:30-15:00

Afternoon shift: 14:30-23:00

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a fast-growing food manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes.

You'll be working as part of a busy production team, helping to manufacture and prepare high-quality food products while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.

• • . Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
  • Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. Recommend/implement ways to improve performance.
  • Insure all dough trays are properly dated, stack and down-stack proper number of trays and maintain rotation practices at proper cooling temperature(s).
  • Maintain and document Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards on cleanliness and sanitation to insure product is free of contamination or foreign material.
  • Presoak dough trays and process through tray washer.
  • Full training provided

* Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment
* Able to carry out regular manual handling
* Comfortable working in a chilled environment
* Good attention to detail
* Able to follow procedures and instructions
* Reliable with good attendance
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* No jewellery or makeup permitted in production areas
* Willing to undergo occasional drug and alcohol testing
