What You'll Do:

As a Grader/Stacker Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Quality Assurance: Meticulously examine fruits and vegetables to identify any imperfections or signs of spoilage.
• Grading: Categorize produce according to size, colour, and quality standards.
• Stacking: Accurately stack and pack produce onto pallets, ensuring optimal storage and transportation.
• Adherence to Standards: Strictly follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Pay: Hourly rate of £13.02, with overtime opportunities at a premium rate of £16.27 per hour.

What You'll Need:

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and accuracy.
• Physical Fitness: The ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
• Positive Attitude: A willingness to learn and a team-oriented approach, willing to complete overtime.
• Previous Experience: While not essential, prior experience in a similar role within the food industry or agriculture is beneficial.

Hours: 

Working Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.

Overtime and weekends are available for premium pay.
