Location: Keith
Duration: 6 months minimum, with the potential to extend to 12 months for the right candidate
Rate: Negotiable – Freelance

Accommodation: Provided
Weekend Working: Required, potentially every second weekend

Corrie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Foreman for our well-established client on a project in Keith.

We are looking for an experienced all-rounder who is confident overseeing and managing both subcontractors and direct labour.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and direct resource
• Overseeing earthworks and drainage
• Supervising concrete foundation works
• Coordinating structural steel and cladding works
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Foreman in Construction or Civils project
• Strong all-round construction experience
• Experience with earthworks, drainage and concrete foundations
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• TWS or TWC
• Lift Supervisor or Appointed Person (AP) qualification
