This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift driver looking for consistent, full-time work within a friendly and fast-paced environment. Working as part of the warehouse and production team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of stock, materials and finished products throughout the site.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 07:00 – 19:00
What Will I Be Paid?
- £13.61 per hour
What Will I Be Doing as a Forklift Driver?
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the site
- Supplying production areas with materials as required
- Preparing products for dispatch and palletising stock
- Assisting with stock movements and warehouse organisation
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What Skills and Experience Do I Need?
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
- Previous experience operating a forklift truck in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the site and lack of public transport links
