Forklift Operator

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in Duxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials and finished goods across the warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading and storing deliveries safely and efficiently.

• Supplying materials to production and packing departments.

• Collecting and storing finished goods.

• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

• Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory.

• Operating Forklift

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

• Following all health and safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Valid RTITB Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (VNA experience is desirable but not essential).

• Previous warehouse experience.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good English and numeracy skills.

• Basic IT skills.

• A reliable, proactive team player with a positive attitude.

What's in it for You

• £14.50 per hour.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.

• Weekly rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm.
