FRA Carpenter

Location: Richmond
Pay: £220–£250 per day (depending on experience)
Job Type: Self-employed / Contract

We are looking for an experienced FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) Carpenter to join our growing team, carrying out fire protection and remedial works across Richmond.

• Installation and maintenance of fire doors.
• Fire door remedial works and upgrades.
• Fire stopping and compartmentation works.
• Ensuring all work complies with current fire safety regulations and industry standards.
• Completing work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
• Accurately recording completed works and reporting any issues on site.

• Proven experience as an FRA or fire door carpenter.
• Good knowledge of fire safety regulations and fire door compliance.
• Own tools.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• CSCS card (preferred).
• Relevant fire door or passive fire protection qualifications are advantageous.

• Competitive day rate of £220–£250 per day, depending on experience.
