Shuttering Carpenter

Link-Force Ltd is recruiting for a skilled Shuttering Carpenter to join a reputable construction project in Richmond. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling formwork for concrete structures, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications. The role requires keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of formwork systems, including the ability to read technical drawings and carry out measurements with precision. The candidate will be expected to work efficiently within a team, adhere to health and safety standards, and maintain a high standard of work throughout the duration of the project.

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter with knowledge of formwork systems
• Valid CSCS card is essential
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on site
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights when required
