Franchise Marketing Coordinator

This position is an exciting opportunity to join the EMEA Franchise Management & Marketing team in London. As a associate, you will play a key role in supporting the team with strategic planning and marketing efforts, ensuring the continued success of some of the world's most beloved entertainment brands throughout the EMEA region.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Ensuring all EMEA marketing materials (e.g., Franchise Presentations, sizzles, toolkits) always have the latest/most relevant information.
- Managing the distribution of franchise & marketing content across the EMEA region, ensuring the latest information and assets are available to the right people.
- Supporting EMEA-led events, such as licensing summits, trade shows and key licensee/retailer meetings.
- Monitoring the marketplace and competitor activity including store-checking across a range of retailers, providing summaries of key highlights & learnings.
- Reviewing cross-divisional information (e.g., Theatrical, TV, Games), and Research data, selecting key relevant points for EMEA use.
- Taking minutes and agendas on internal meetings and conference calls when EA is not present.
- Own StarLabs Marketing submissions from end-to-end as job owner
- Assign StarLabs Marketing submissions to relevant Manager/Director in case of bespoke Marketing submissions.
- Obtain necessary internal/external and 3rd party approvals (including Legal, Brand Assurance usage rights, and Talent) for all CP driven marketing materials and assets for licensees and promotional partners.
- Solicit industry and competitive trend information from Sales/Retail, Category, Creative/Product Development and Global Insights teams as well as external data sources.
- Manage the EMEA SharePoint and regular communication on new uploads and dissemination of materials.
- Build relationships and work closely with key licensee marketing contacts.
- Track and collate key marketing initiatives and curate overviews of key activities.
- Build close working relationships with the EMEA Creative/Product Development team.
- Collect and submit updates for the weekly scoop and quarterly newsletter.
Qualifications & Experience…
- A confident communicator in person, on the phone and on email, in a professional and mature way.
- Good at managing multiple and varying projects/tasks at the same time.
- Ability to organise and schedule work effectively, with limited supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work in a team, but also self-motivated when given tasks to work on individually.
- Ability to provide thoughtful reviews and summaries of tasks assigned.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook/Email.
- A keen interest in marketing.
