Rate: £275 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a large-scale programme of fabric condition surveys across a portfolio of government properties in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking for a long-term contract with a competitive day rate and an August start.
The Role
- Carry out fabric condition surveys on a range of government-owned buildings.
- Assess the condition of external and internal building elements.
- Record defects, maintenance requirements, and lifecycle information.
- Produce accurate survey data in line with project requirements.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Previous experience undertaking building fabric condition surveys.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and common defects.
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- £275 per day
