Site Manager Required – 5-Week Refurbishment Project
Location: Edinburgh City Centre (5 minutes from Waverley Station)
Start Date: Monday
Duration: 5 Weeks
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 5-week refurbishment project in Edinburgh city centre, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Waverley Station.
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors, maintain programme, and ensure health & safety compliance on site
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintaining site records and health & safety documentation
- Liaising with the project team and client as required
