THE COMPANY
Our client is a well established international manufacturer. As part of continued expansion, they are looking to recruit a French Speaking Regional Business Manager to support, coach and develop franchise partners across Paris, Île-de-France and Northern France, while helping to grow an established and expanding business network.



THE JOB
They are now hiring for a Regional Business Manager to be you will be responsible for supporting both new and established franchise partners, helping them maximise sales performance, profitability and long-term business growth. You'll spend the majority of your time visiting franchisees, delivering sales coaching, identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring each business achieves its full potential.

Following a comprehensive induction programme, you'll become an expert in the company's products, sales processes and franchise model, enabling you to provide practical commercial support and strategic business guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of franchise businesses across Paris and Northern France
  • Coach, mentor and support franchise partners to improve sales performance and profitability
  • Deliver field-based sales coaching and business development support
  • Organise regional sales meetings and business reviews
  • Set SMART objectives and monitor franchise performance
  • Analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver product, sales and commercial training programmes
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new franchise partners
  • Build strong relationships with independent business owners
  • Prepare business reports and present performance updates to senior management
  • Travel regularly throughout your region to provide hands-on business support

 

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND PROFILE

  • Fluent French (native or business level)
  • Previous experience in: Regional Business Management, Area Sales Management, Business Development, Field Sales, Franchise Development, Account Management, Sales Management
  • Proven ability to build strong customer and business relationships
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with strong analytical abilities
  • Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Full driving licence
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Northern France
