French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist
Location: Newark-on-Trent (Hybrid / Remote)
Salary: £13,600-£20,400 (Depending on hours per week)
Job Type: Part-time, permanent (20-30 hours per week, including weekend shifts)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week - rotational shifts between 05:30-22:00, Monday-Sunday

Join our client's friendly team as a French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, where you'll provide outstanding 1st line technical support to clients in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities for the role of French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist

• Provide 1st line technical support to key clients in both French and English
• Log and manage incidents using CRM and ticketing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, offering solutions over the phone or via email
• Escalate more complex issues to 2nd line support when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting SLAs for resolution and response times
• Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly
• Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience for the role of French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts across weekdays and weekends
• Clear, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Experience in a Technical Help Desk / Service Desk role is advantageous but not essential - full training is provided
