Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 3:00pm (4-day working week)

Due to continued success and expansion, a globally recognised clothing brand is looking for an experienced Fusing Machine Operator to join their Head Office production team in Corby.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a busy production environment, supporting the Production Manager and working closely with the wider team to ensure garments meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating fusing machines to bond fabrics and interlinings
- Ensuring correct temperature, pressure, and timing settings are used
- Checking finished products meet quality and specification standards
- Working independently to meet daily production targets
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting any faults or material issues
About You
- Previous experience operating fusing machines or working within garment/textile production would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good understanding of fabrics and garment construction processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Full one-to-one training will be provided to ensure you are confident with company processes and procedures.
