This role offers an ASAP start in Grangemouth.

You will:

• Lead and supervise a small gang of groundworkers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks to the team
• Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, kerbing, flagging, concreting, and excavation
• Read and interpret site drawings and work closely with site management to meet project deadlines
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
• Operate plant and machinery where required and assist the team with hands-on groundwork duties

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Ganger Groundworker or in a supervisory groundwork role
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred) and relevant CSCS card
• CPCS/NPORS plant tickets are advantageous
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to motivate a team to deliver quality work
