Up to £43,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + On-Call Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join a busy social housing contract covering Brockley and surrounding areas like Canning Town and Myatts Field. Candidates based south of the river are preferred. The role focuses on servicing, fault finding, breakdowns and repairs in occupied residential properties.

The Role:

• Annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks
• Attending heating and hot water breakdowns
• Fault finding and repairing boilers, controls, pumps, valves and heating systems
• Ensuring Gas Safe compliance and high customer service standards
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
• 1 in 4 on-call rota

What We're Looking For:

• Valid ACS Domestic Gas qualifications
• Proven experience in servicing, repairs and reactive breakdown work
• Social housing or residential maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
