R9 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing contractor for experienced PAYE Service & Repair Heating Engineers covering the BS, SN and GL postcode areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for engineers who are strong on service and repair work and are looking to develop their skillset in renewables and specialist systems, with full support and upskilling provided.

• ✅ £40,000 Basic Salary + £7,200 per year for participation in the out-of-hours rota

The Role

This is a service and repair position within the social housing sector, carrying out diagnostics, fault-finding, servicing and repairs on domestic heating systems.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive service and repair experience
• Unvented Hot Water Qualification
• Previous social housing experience preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to participate in a 1 in 4 out-of-hours callout rota

Additional Skills Beneficial But Not Essential

• Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) experience
• Oil and/or LPG experience
• F-Gas qualification
