GenAI Engineer

Job Title: GenAI Engineer
Location: London, UK (3 days per week on-site)
Rate: £550 - £650 per day, Outside IR35 (dependent on experience)
Duration: 6 months

Tec Partners are working with a leading technology client, who are currently looking for an experienced AI / GenAI Engineer to work on a customer assignment to modernise their data platform, and enable AI-driven automation across workflows on Databricks and Azure.

As a an AI / GenAI Engineer, you will focus on designing agentic and generative AI solutions to automate workflows, and work on Databricks and Azure alongside a data engineer and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy GenAI and LLM-based solutions to automate workflows
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows
• Leverage Databricks AI capabilities in order to build and deploy models
• Build RAG pipelines which integrate LLMs and data

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience with building GenAI and LLM-based application in production environments
• Experience designing AI agents and/or agentic workflows
• Experience with Databricks AI capabilities – including Mosaic AI, MLflow, Model Serving
• Strong Python skills
• GenAI/LLM frameworks – such as LangChain, LlamaIndex
