We are currently recruiting for a General Administrator to join a well-established business based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking for a varied role within a busy office environment.
The Role
As a General Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Duties will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
- General administrative support including data entry and document management
- Assisting with quotations and sales-related activities
- Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous administration experience
- Be confident dealing with customers and building relationships
- Have a full, valid driving licence (essential)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Have experience within the building, construction, trade, or related industry (desirable but not essential)
