We are currently recruiting for a General Administrator to join a well-established business based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking for a varied role within a busy office environment.

The Role

As a General Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
  • General administrative support including data entry and document management
  • Assisting with quotations and sales-related activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous administration experience
  • Be confident dealing with customers and building relationships
  • Have a full, valid driving licence (essential)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Have experience within the building, construction, trade, or related industry (desirable but not essential)
